Maple Leaf Diner - Classic Canadian Dining in Dallas

Maple Diner is a cute and cozy restaurant to grab some breakfast among other things. I am a sucker for chicken and waffles, so I knew I had to try them from here. My waffle was fluffy, the chicken was crispy and seasoned, and the bacon topped everything off. Also, the cream puffs were a nice sweet treat. The prices are fairly in expensive as well.

We had the most amazing server!!! She was very sweet and attentive to our table. The food was good and hot just how I like it. It was a nice clean diner. I will definitely be back soon.

If you're a foodie, this is a must on your list in Dallas. The service is AWESOME and the food is unique. I get the chicken, bacon & waffles on most visits and it never disappoints. Everything on the menu is cooked to order and is served in healthy portions. If you're just there for breakfast, I'd encourage you to get a slice of pie to go. Just try to not take a bite before you get out the door. Their pies are unbelievable!

food was sooooo good! big portions. service was quick and waitress was friendly. Diner was clean & so were the restrooms. will be going back again.

I also love their poutine fries and extravagant Chicken, Bacon, & Waffles. The food and the service are always amazing. It is one of my favorite places to bring people when they visit from out of town.

Many Mimosas were had today. Hailing from the great state of Indiana, seven strapping men set off to celebrate a marital union. Travels to the ever-so-lovely Indianapolis Airport proved the grit of this group. We endured seven long hours of syrup salivation, but no force would keep us from the Canadian haven of Dallas diners. Potato skins, country fried steak, cream puffs, pumpkin pancakes, pineapple juice, the list goes on. Housed. Deleted. Sorted. Our impression was that you can't go wrong here, but one partygoer provided a colorful description of just how you can go right. Listen closely kiddos, because Brenden may never say it better! "So the chicken bacon waffle was unbelievable. First off, the cream puffs, out of this world. Just a little explosion of flavor in your mouth. Then you roll into your first bite of the chicken waffle, oh my goodness! You get the saltiness, the sweetness, and then the strawberries come through. Add a bit of syrup and oh my goodness!! It just took my breath away." You heard it here first folks. BELIEVE THE HYPE!

Was visiting Dallas. Helped breakfast and it did not disappoint. Food is delicious and fairly priced Can't say I appreciate the difference between this and regular American breakfast tho. Regardless still ver delicious

I stopped in one saturday with some girlfriends for brunch - this place is BUSY. I suggest getting "in line" on yelp to hold your place or we would have been waiting around even longer. The food was typical diner breakfast food with a canadian-ish flair. They put a lot of emphasis on the maple leaf. I got a chocolate chip pancake, eggs and bacon. All really solid. There is a reason this place is very busy. Also not many diners in Dallas so hopefully this place continues to stick around!
